UPS Shipping

Upon request, we offer UPS Ground and UPS 3rd day delivery.

UPS Ground: Orders take 24-48 hours to process and will be delivered within one week, depending on your location. Our website provides an estimated delivery time for your area. Please note that this estimate does not include processing times (24-48 business hours and excludes Saturdays and Sundays).

We ship orders Monday through Friday and are closed on weekends. Ground shipping is not a guaranteed service, so even if our website estimates 1 day, delays due to weather or holidays can occur. Our warehouse is closed on weekends, so orders placed on Fridays and over the weekend will ship on Monday.

UPS 3rd Day Delivery is available within the 48 continental states, and the cost is $14.95. 

 

International Shipping

For international shipments, a shipping fee of $29.95 to $49.95 will be applied depending on the destination country.



Tracking Information

Once the label is created, you will receive tracking information via email, and you should receive the tracking info within 1-2 days. Shipping progress may be delayed during busy sale periods or national holidays, but Express orders are always shipped as scheduled.


Lost/Stolen Packages

Zezebe is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address but you did not receive it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

Note: For orders over $500, we strongly recommend that you be present to receive and sign for the package to ensure its safety. If you are not present at the time of delivery, the courier will return the package to us, and you will need to pay the delivery fee again.

 

Refund Policy

Zezebe is committed to customer satisfaction. However, refunds are issued only under specific circumstances, such as when a product is found to be unavailable at the time of purchase. In all other cases, our return policy will apply. Please note that Zezebe is not liable for any loss or theft of packages once they have been delivered; such matters should be addressed directly with the shipping carrier. 

 

You will receive a refund if the return is completed within 2 weeks from the date we sent the return label. If the return is not completed within this timeframe, the return will be canceled.

 

Return Policy

You do not need to wait for further instructions from us to send your items back. Please ensure that your package includes your information—either a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, phone number, and email address—so that we can process your credit accurately. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt to be eligible for a return.

If a return is processed, a $9.95 return fee will be applied, and shipping costs are non-refundable.

I am in love with this dress! The rhinestone detailing is gorgeous and catches the light beautifully. I wore it to a holiday party and received so many compliments throughout the night.
Fit & Sizing: I ordered my usual size (2X) and it fit perfectly. The dress hugs your curves in all the right places without being too tight. The stretch in the fabric makes it comfortable to wear all evening.
Quality: The mesh overlay with rhinestones is well-made and the stones are securely attached. The material feels substantial and not cheap at all. For $84, this dress is an excellent value.
Style: The long sleeves provide nice coverage while the shorter length keeps it fun and flirty. The deep U-shaped back adds a sexy touch. It's perfect for any special occasion - parties, date nights, or celebrations.
